As summer keeps knocking on our door, we are releasing new products but are continuing to focus on donating masks and sanitizer.
Entering our third month of sales, we have been continually humbled by the incredible support we’ve received. So far we have been able to donate 100 hygiene masks, 190 facemasks, and 18 gallons of hand sanitizer to organizations that work to serve vulnerable people in Colorado. Our mask donations have gone to the Colorado Mask Project, SOS Outreach, and Climb For Life. On the other hand, our hand sanitizer has benefited countless organizations but most recently, we have donated 5 gallons to the Eagle Community Market and Vail Valley Salvation Army to distribute to food-insecure individuals in our community.
As our community works to cautiously reopen after this pandemic, we will continue to prioritize donations of protective equipment to those who need it. Sales of our Benchmark Hoodie, COVID Killer, and Seldom Hat will help purchase more sanitizer while sales from our Deluge Shirt, Single Tubes, and Hygiene masks will help fund donations of protective clothing. Unfortunately, not everyone in our communities has the budget to purchase these basic necessities that can ultimately help our economy stay open. That is why, we feel that for the immediate future, these donations are what is needed most in our community.
Be sure to check out our new Hygiene Masks!
As always, we are proud to support local businesses along the way. We are continuing to purchase our sanitizer local from Stoneyard Distillery, and have just placed a large re-order of masks (both to sell and to donate), from Denver based PhunkShun wear. Speaking of PhunkShun, we are stoked to release a Hygiene mask that will be ready to ship at the end of this month. For every hygiene mask we sell, one is donated to the Colorado Mask Project to ensure every Coloradoan has access to protective clothing.
While the Vail Valley begins to re-open, we have been doing our best to stay positive and enjoy this incredible weather. Trails are drying out in Minturn and there is still plenty of snow to enjoy in the high alpine. Needless to say, we feel incredibly lucky to be able to live in the mountains during these unprecedented times. However, it is our goal to stay focused on the members of our community most affected by this crisis and continue to grow the brand so we can help as many people as we possibly can. Thanks for your support!
