Statement of Solidarity

The outdoors are for everyone.  For Good Apparel was started because we want every person- regardless of race, religion, gender, identity, or sexuality- to have the opportunity to experience the magic of the mountains. However, as recent events have highlighted, this issue of inequality is not isolated to our mountain communities. We want to make it clear that we stand with the black community in the battle against systemic racial inequality in our country. Enough is enough. We promise to listen, to learn, and to take action so that we can end racism. #blacklivesmatter

Our Net-Positive Mission

We believe that net-positive business is the future, so we are laying out our road map today.  For all of the frustration and suffering brought on by the Coronavirus pandemic, we have been fortunate enough to experience plenty of silver linings. Since March we have made our first sale, been able to donate a boatload of supplies to our community, and supported local businesses along the way. For Good Apparel: May Update

As summer keeps knocking on our door, we are releasing new products but are continuing to focus on donating masks and sanitizer.  Entering our third month of sales, we have been continually humbled by the incredible support we’ve received. So far we have been able to donate 100 hygiene masks, 190 facemasks, and 18 gallons of hand sanitizer to organizations that work to serve vulnerable people in Colorado. Our mask donations have gone to the Colorado Mask Project, SOS Outreach, and Climb For Life. On the other hand, our hand sanitizer has benefited countless organizations but most recently, we have donated 5 gallons to the Eagle Community Market and Vail Valley Salvation Army to distribute to food-insecure individuals in our...

Partner Spotlight: Ski Town All-Stars

Ski Town All-Stars has designed and assembled premium hats in Vail since 2017. We are stoked to be partnering with them to do some good for our valley.  When COVID-19 forced Vail to shut down for the season, we knew we had to come together as a community. As a hospitality and tourism based economy, it was no secret that thousands of our neighbors would be out of work and in need of a helping hand. That’s why, in the early days of this pandemic, we reached out to Chris Bivona (Founder, Ski Town All-Stars) to see how we could help those most in need.  Ski Town All-Stars was founded in 2017 with the goal of creating premium hats for...

For Good Apparel in the News!

Since our official launch in March, For Good has received attention in the media for the good we're doing in our community! During these strange and difficult times of Covid-19, For Good Apparel has used proceeds from every sale to help our neighbors. So far we have donated 100 hygiene masks, 190 facemasks and over 18 gallons of hand sanitizer to benefit incredible organizations in our community. Additionally, we take pride in supporting other local small businesses in the process. Our hats are assembled in East Vail by Ski Town All-Stars, our apparel is sourced from Vail based Sync Performance, our facemasks were manufactured in Denver by PhunkShun, and our hand sanitizer is produced in Gypsum by Stoneyard Distillery.  Check out...
